The City Clerk is herE!by instructed to proceed at once to make out special tax bills under the Seal of the City of Jefferson 1"lissouri, of the aforesaid amounts aga.inst said lots or pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No . 44, situated, mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of this Crdinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which said special and c certified tax bills shall be signed by the I-ayor and attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to Louis Brunner the contractor of the work of construction of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering.; the construction of sewers in said Sewer District No. 44, heretofore passed and approved. by 'the C ounc i 1. BE IT ORDAII:MD BY THE COUNCIL 0? THE CITY OF JEFFERSCII AS FOLLOViS: SECTICN. I . It is hereby declared unlawful to park any vehicle on the West side of Adaris Street, between hig �h Street and EcCarty Street, in the City of Jefferson. SECTICN. 2. Any violating the terms of this Crdinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $3 -CC nor Y.,iore than $ICC .00. SECTION. 3 . All Ordinances or parts of Crdinances in conflict viith this Crdinance are hereby repealed. SECTICN. 4 .
