BE IT ORDAINED BY TIT, COUCIL OF T11E CITY OF JEFFE-.HS ---j,
.AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . On all streets 'in the congested district of the City
of Jefferson irihereon white parking lines 1-irive been placed it shall
be unlawful to nark any vehicle in such a manner as to cause any
part of such parked vehicle to project or extend beyond the limits
of such white line.
SECTION. 2. Any person violating the terms of tti.As Ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and ur)on conviction shall be
punished by a fine of not less than s3.00 or more than 81CO.00.
SECTION.3. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
