and deliver all proper and sufficient writings and instruments of
conveyance in behalf of and in the name of the City of Jefferson,
and to fully and completely warrant the title to the purchasers of
said above-described property.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in farce from
and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3209. AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTION 743 OF TIME REVISED
STATUTES OF TEE CITY OF JEFFERSON, I9250 RELATING TO VEHICLE FUND,
AND TO ENACT IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION
743 AND RELATING TO THE SAIL; SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFI�RSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 743 be and the same is hereby repealed and a
new Section to be known as Section 743 enacted in lieu thereof.
SECTION. 743. All Revenue derived from the following sources within
the City of Jefferson, to-wit: That collected from the taxation of
all motor and other vehicles, and the one-cent levy per gallon on
all gasoline sold within the corporate limits of the City, shall be
placed in a common fund, known as the "Vehicle Fund", which shall
be used and expended only for the repair and cleaning of streets
and alleys within the corporate limits of this City.

NO. 3210. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CITY LICENSE TALC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFPERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. All moneys derived frcm the sale of licenses to
engage in business or occupation in the City of Jefferson, and not
heretofore specifically credited by Ordinance to any particular
fund, shall be credited to the Revenue Fund.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
