BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON9
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the grri.de line of the alley in the block between
Monroe street, Adams street, I'Aller street, and Elm Street, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, be and is hereby established as follows ;
Beginning at the center line of the above mentioned alley and .the
East gutter line of Monroe street, where the elevation of the grade
is, I37.86; thence 50 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 140.62; thence 25 feet on a vertical curve
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 142.42; thence 25 feet on
a vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 141 .07;
thence 4I0 feet on a uniform grade to the center line of Adams Street,
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 126.72.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3220. AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESPING A SPECIAL TAX BILL
AGAINST AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING 09
THE ROADWAY OF EWING DRIVE FROM ThE INT-"*RSECTION EWING DRIVE AND
DUNKLIN STREET TO TIE INTERSECTION OF EWING DRIVE AND PEYTON AVENUE
IN THE CITY 01' JEFFERSON, 11:ISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SAID
ROADWAY BY GRADING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on
the roadway of Ewing Dave from the intersection of Ewing Drive and
Dunklin Street to the intersection of Ewing Drive and Peyton Avenue
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the
roadway Ewing Drive aforesaid, including such grading as may be
necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of � 2585. I8
as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number
of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Ewing Drive
. aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to 1230, running feet
the cost price per running foot is $ 2. 1018 .
SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying; said improvement of said
roadway of Ewing Drive from the intersection of Ewing Drive and
Dunklin street to the intersection of Ewing Drive and Peyton Avenue
there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $2.1018 as a special
tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said
roadway of Ewing Drive between the aforesaid streets , and contained
in such lot or piece of ground fronting; or abutting; said iMproVed
roadway of said Ewing Drive from the intersection of Ewing Drive
and Dunklin Street to the intersection of Ewing Drive and Peyton
Avenue.
