SECTION. 3. The name of each property ovmer or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
each side of Parsons Avenue from the intersection of Parsons Avenue
and Dunklin Street to the intersection of Parsons Avenue and Atchison
streetand the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and
contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting; said
block or street between the aforesaid streets and the cost price per
front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and
assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each lot or
piece of [-round fronting; or abutting said Parsons Avenue or the
roadway from the center of the intersection of Parsons Avenue from
the intersection of Parsons Avenue and Dunklin Street to the inter-
section of Parsons Avenue and Atchison Street.
SECTION. 49 That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor Pope Construction Co . ,
for the within mentioned riork in accordance with the Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in ref=;ard to said work .
SECTION. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
