BE IT ORDA INI±7D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS O1T,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTICN. I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, r:jissouri,
hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for sanitary
nurx�oses and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Server District to be known as Sewer District No.
47, and said District to be established with location and boundaries
as follows; Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Inlot No . I5;
thence Northerly to the Northwesterly corner •of Inlot No. I5; thence
Easterly to the Northeasterly corner of Inlot No. I9; thence Southerly
to the Southeasterly corner of Inlot No. I9; thence Westerly to the
Southwesterly corner of Inlot No. I5, the point of beginning.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
