THE PLAT OF JCSEPH G. KOLK1EYER AND SUSIE KOLKL;EYER, AND
CALLED "WALINKC PLACE". IS HEREBY ATTACHED AND MADE A PART OF THIS
ORDINANCE. ALL OF SAID SUBDIVISION BEING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LI14ITS
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLONSs
SECTION. I . Joseph G. Kolkmeyer and Susie Xolkmeyer, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, State of Missouri, having submitted to the
Council for its approval a Plat of said real estate, being a part of
the Southwest quarter of fractional Section I Township 44 Range 12,
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and described as follows;
:Beginning on the North line of said quarter Section I2I8 feet West
of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South 9 I/2 degrees best,
(magnetic) , 1089 feet; thence South 3 I/2 degrees East, 390 feet;
thence South 89 1/2 degrees West, 209 .7 feet; thence North 61 1/2
degrees West, I2O feet; thence North 55 I/2 West, 625 feet; thence
North 60 1/2 West, 163 feet; thence Westerly along the Northerly side
of the Ten Mile Drive I25 feet to a point that is 854 .5 feet South of
the North boundary line of said quarter sections thence North 3 I/2
degrees West. 854.5 feet; thence North 86 I/2 degrees East, 1277 feet
to the point of beginning as shown on the plat attached, known as
" Walinko Place " and made a part of this Ordinance. All of said
"Walinko Place" being within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said Plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the owners of said "Walinko Place", that all
taxes have been paid thereon and in other respects the requirements
of Chapter 85 of the revised Statutes of Irlissouri, 19199 entitled
"Plats" have been complied with. Therefore the Plat of land of
Joseph G. Kolkmeyer and Susie Kolkmeyer, known as "Walinko Place",
a subdivision lying within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown on the Plat attached hereto and made
a part of this Ordinance, is hereby accepted and approved by the
Council and the City Clerk, after its passage and approval of this
Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse acceptance and approval of
the said Plat and to certify to the same under the Seal and approval
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage. and approval.

NO . 3227. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CF A SEWER
IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 479 IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
1ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION. I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Iissouri
hereby declares that it is necessary for the health and comfort of
the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and other purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 47, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be made and constructed *ithout unnecessary
delay; that the said district sewer be connected with and into the
manhole at the intersection, of the alley in the block between Clay
and Fulkerson Streets North of 1a.in, and Clay Street.
