SECTION. 83b. The person or persons, firm, co-partnership or cor-
poration or abutting property owner to whom a permit shall have been
issued, shall notify the City Engineer when said work is connenced
and also of the com letion of the work. Pernits shall be issued for
a period of thirty �30) days but the time may be extended by the City
Engineer for a reasonable time, provided good cause is shown.
SECTION. 836. Any person or persona, firm, co-partnership or
corporation or abutting property owner, violating any of the
provisions of this Article shall be deemed Eruilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined riot less than fifteen
nor more than One Hundred Dollars .

ALLEY IN THE BLOCK BETWEEN CLAY STR10T AND FULKERSON STREET-NORTH
OF MAIN STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF JEFFEHSGN
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the grade lime of the alley in the block between
Clay Street and Fulkerson Street-North of Nain Street, in the City
of Jefferson, hissouri, be and is hereby es;tabli.shed as follows;
Beginning at the West gutter line of Clay Street and the center
line of said alley, where the elevation of the grade is 201.6; thence
on a uniform grade to the East gutter line of Fulkerson Street,
where the elevation of the grade is, 2I3.2.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3231. AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE TILM FOR THE COUPLETION OF
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 46, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERS02j, Mo.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the time limit for the constructing of sewers in
Sewer District No. 46, be extended for a period of thirty working
days from November 17th. , 1929.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after it's passage and approval.
