SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying; for said improvement of said sidewalk there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $0.95 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Monroe stree=t between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved sidewalk. SECTION. 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on West side of Monroe street between Dunklin and Elm Streets and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said block or street between the aforesaid streets and the cost prig: per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a s3pecial tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Monroe street between Dunk-lin and Elm Streets is as follows; Emma Jones, Owner of Lot 9 of YcCluneys Subdivision of Inl.ots No's SI9,820,82I and 822. Assessment 75 feet at $0.95 per front foot' $ 7I.=25. SECTION. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the contractor Louis Wolff for the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, ]Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
