. THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1,1ISSOURI, A14D DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES TEEREOF.
BE IT ORDAI15,'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSCII,
11ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTICN: I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,.
hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort cf its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 48, and said district to be established with location and
boundaries as follows; Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of lot
4 Block 2 Oak Park Addition, a part of Outlots 59-60 and 66; thence
Westerly along the Northerly line of Atchison Street to the Easterly
line of the Bald Hill Road; thence Northerly along the .Easterly line
of the Bald Hill Road to the Easterly line of Clarke Avenue; thence
Northeasterly along the Easterly line of Clarke Avenue to a point
that is 300 feet, South of if the same is measured at right angles
to the Southerly line of Dunklin Street; thence parallel with
Dunklin Street to the Easterly line of lot 17 Block 4 Oak Park;
thence Northerly along the Easterly line of lots I7-I6-15-I4 and 13
}flock 4 Oak Park, to a point that is 100 feet from Dunklin Street;
