Park; thence Southerly to the point of beginning.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Crdinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

N0. 3237. AN ORDINANCE PROVID].TJG FOR TEE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER
IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 48, IN THE CITY OF JEFF' RSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM, CITY OF JEFFERSON,
?vIISSCURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, bFissouri
hereby declares that it is necessary for the health and confort of
the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and other purposes
that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer District
No. 48, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it ' is
ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary
delay; that the said district sewer be connected with and into the
manhole at station 14 plus 33 on the East Lain Sewer.
SECTION. 2. That said Sewer shall begin at station 14 plus 33 on
the East Main Sewer; thence Westerly along Atchison Street, 355 feet
to the intersection of Atchison Street and Parson's Avenue; thence
Northerly along the center line of Parson's Avenue, 265 feet to the
intersection of Parson's Avenue and Payton Drive; thence Westerly
along the center line of Peyton Drive, 480 feet.
Also beginning at the intersection of Peyton Drive and
Ewing Drive; thence Northerly along the center line of Ewing Drive
536 feet.
Also beginning at the intersection of Parsons Avenue, and
a. point 3 feet South of the extended Southerly line of lot 15 Block
I Oak Park Addition; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of lots I5-I4-I3-12-II and IO Block I Oak Park Addition, 435 feet.
SECTION. 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi-
cations on file in the Office of the City Engineer and constructed
in all respects as provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
