BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FCLLM%'S:
SECTION. I . That the time limit for the completion of the construction
of sewers in Sewer District No. 46, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, be extended for a period of sixty working days, exclusive
of rainy days, from December 179 1929.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
Am and after it's passage and approval.

NO. 3243. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROAD`AAY OF
RENN STREET FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE OF HOEFER LANE TO THE CENTER
LINE OF SHORT STRE'XT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLMYS:
SECTION. I. That the grade line of Renn Street, from the East proper-
ty line of Hoefer Lane to the center line of Short Street, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, be and is hereby established as follows;
. Beginning at the East property line of Hoefer Lane and the center
line of Renn Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be,
235.15; thence 100 feet on a uniform grade along the center line of
Renn Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 238.40;
thence 50 feet on a vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 239.20; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 238.20 ; thence 92 feet on a uniform
grade to the center line of Short Street, where the elevation of the
grade, shall be, 235.00.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

OF RENN S TREE T.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OIL THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the grade line of Short Street, from the South
property line of River Lane to the Center of Renn Street, in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, be and is hereby established as follows;
Beginning at the Center of Short Street and the South property line
of River Lane, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 240 .80;
thence 220 feet on a uniform grade to the center line of Renn Street,
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 235.00.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
