NO. 3247. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE 11ONEY•
WHEREAS, on the day of October, 1928, one Otto Botz
sustained part injuries to an automobile, by reason of a man-hole
being permitted to extend several inches above the surface of Adams
Street, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF JEFFERSON ,
AS FOLLOWS:
There is hereby appropriated the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLL RS
in full satisfaction of the Claim of Otto Botz, arising out of the
defective street hereinbefore mentioned.

LICENSE AND FIXING THE A21OUNT THEREOF.'
BE IT ORDAI1,2D BY THE, COUNCIL OF TIE, CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOWS: t---
SECTION. I . It is hereby declared unlawful to engage in the
operation of Auctioneer without first having obtained a City License.
SECTION. 2, The amount of such City License shall be one dollar and
fifty cents W -50)50) per day or fifteen ($15.00) dollars per year
license.
SECTION. 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

of Monroe Street, between Tyler Street and Woodlacrn Avenue, for the
construction of a cement concrete sidewalk in the City of Jefferson,
