SECTICN. 3 . The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on
East side of 1onroe Street between Tyler Street and Hickory Street
and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and
contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said
block or street between the aforesaid streets and the cost price per
front foot for said improvement and the amount levied and assessed
as a special tax for said improvement against each lot or piece of
ground fronting or abutt:inU said Paonroe Street between hickory
Street and Tyler Street is as follows;
Geo. W. Dupee Estate, Owner of the South I/2 of lot 9 of a. Subdivi-
sion of Outlots II-12 & 13.
Assessment 98.0 ' at $0 .96 cost 94 .08
SECTION. 4 . That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor Louis Wolff for the
within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTION. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AS FOLLOWS:
The City Marshal is hereby authorized to purchase One FOUR
Door Ford Automobile and is hereby authorized to trade in One
Chevrole.t Truck Automobile now owned by the City of Jefferson in
part payment for said automobile so purchased, and there is hereby
appropriated the sum of $ 444.00 out of the General Revenue Fund to
be used in payment of the balance of said purchase price of said
automobile.
