That the ti:,idth of the pavement on highway No . 50 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , from the intersection of McCarty and Walnut Streets West along the Highway to the West City Limits be established so as to be 38 feet in the clear between the face of . the curbs. SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary to, in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION. 3. Lafayette Street in the City of Jefferson beginning at the intersection of said street with Water street aild extending from the Northerly line of said Water Street to the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Company's right-of-way, and that part of Hough Street from .-the Easterly line of Marshall Street to the Westerly line of Lafayette Street and that part of a certain alley situated between inlots 200 and 199 on the South and Inlots I96 and I95 on the North, being that part of said alley situated Wiest of the Westerly line of Lafayette Street and extending to the Westerly line of Inlots I99 and •I95 in the City of Jefferson and all as shown on the Plat of the City of Jefferson is hereby vacated.
