AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT Tlaie, CARRYING ON CF L'USIIMSS OF JUNK DEALER. BE IT ORDAINED BY T19] CCUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF JEFFERS01•J, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. I. On and after the passage of this Ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to establish a junk yard or business for buying and selling junk, rags, paper and like waste and refuse in that portion of the City of Jefferson lying; within the territory bounded on the south. by Miller Street, on the iTorth by Hain Street, on the West by Hart Street and on the East by Cl6rk Avenue. SECTION. 2.. Any violation of the terms of this Ordinance s1,sall be deemed a misdemeanor, and punishment therefor shall be by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the County jail not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
