BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CCUTTCIL CF Ti:E CITY Cl' JEFFERSON
AS FCLLaUS :
SECTION. 1 . Drivers of all vehicles shall bring said
vehicles to a full stop on Highway 50 at its intersection with
McCarty Street.
SECTION. 2. Immediately after the passage and approval of
this Ordinance, it shall be the duty of the Street Commissioner
to install prober sign in the center of Highway 50 on the Southerly
line of VcCarty Street.
SECTIIOIT. 3 . Any person convicted of violating the terms of
this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a. misdemeanor and fined not
less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars .

THE PAVEMENT, OTT HAVANNA STREET, SAID PAVET:,'F,'TTT BEING 4 F +T NORTH OF
THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF ECCARTY STREET AS IT TURNS iEI;T FROM
HAVANNA STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIi� CITY OF JEI�FLRS GN
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the grade line of IrcCarty Street from the
West curb line of Hart Street to the end of the pavement on Havanna
Street, said pavement being 4 feet North of the South line of 11cCarty
Street as it turns West from Havanna Street, in the City of Jefferson
Alissouri, be and is hereby established as follows; Beginning at the
West curb line of Hart Street, where the elevation of the grade is
157.00; thence Westerly along; the center line of YoCarty Street on
a• uniform grade to the center of the intersection of hcCarty Street
and Havanna Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be I66.14;
thence Northerly along; the center line of Havanna Street on a
uniform grade to the end of the pavement, where the elevation of the
grade is 173.50.
SECTION. 2 . All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary
to in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
