BE IT ORDAINED BY Ti1E CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the grade line of the roadway of McKinley
Street from a point IO feet South of the North property line of
Hough Street to a point IO feet South of the North property line of
Edwards Street, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , be established
as follows; Beginning at the center of McKinley Street, IO feet
,South of the North line of Hough Street, where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 179 .50; thence on a uniform grade to a point IO feet
North of the South line of Edwards Street, where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 228.00; thence 30 feet, to a point 10 feet South
of the North line of Edwards Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 228 .00.
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

NO. 3278. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SE 12 DISTRICT NO. 499 WITHIN
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 11ISSOURI , AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFIJRSCN,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLCVIS:
SECTION. I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson ,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabit-
ants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer
District No. 49,. and said District to be established with .location
and boundaries as follows ; Beginning on the Southerly line of Outlot
No. 60, at a point 112.0 feet Easterly of the Southwesterly corner
of said Outlot; thence Westerly along and with the Southerly line of
Outlots 60 and 32 for a distance of 377,72 feet; thence Northerly
parallel with the Easterly line of Outlots 32 and 31, for a distance
of 752.24 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of
Outlot 31, for a distance of 55.75 feet; thence Northerly parallel
with the Easterly line of Outlot 31, for a distance of 28.75 feet;
thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of Outlot 31, for a
distance of 200 .0 feet to the Westerly line of Outlot 59; thence
Southerly along and with the Westerly line of said Outlot, 19 .0 feet;
thence Easterly parallel with the Northerly line of said Outlot,
479 .0 feet to the Easterly line of lot 8 of Leuthen's Subdivision of
a part of Outlots 59 and 60; thence Southerly to the Southeasterly
corner of lot 6 of said Subdivision; thence Westerly along the
Southerly line of said lot, 67 feet IO inches; thence Southwesterly
124 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southerly line of a 20
foot alley, said point being 165.0 feet Northwesterly of, ( if
men.sured along the Southerly line of said alley) the Westerly line
of Clarke Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the Southerly like of
said alley, 23.75 feet; thence Southerly parallel with Clarke Avenue
and along the easterly line of Ua,lsh Street and lots 24,23 , and 22
of Leuthen 's Subdivision of the Southwesterly corner of said lot,22;
thence Southerly along the extended 'Westerly line of said lot 22, for
a distance of R5.0 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly'
line of Cutlot 60, for A, distance of 50 .0 feet; thence Southerly
parallel witi-i the Westerly- line of Outlot 60 , for a. distance of 130 .0
feet; thence turning and anp:le of 12 1/2 degrees to the right in a
