SECTICN. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances contrary
to, in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions ofthis Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and apT)roval.

NO. 3279. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEVIERS IN
SE;'IER DISTRICT NO. 499 IiT TIME CITY OF JEFFERSON, LISSCU.RI .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM' CITY OF JEFFERSOIT,
I4iISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary and other
purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in
Sewer District No. 49, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary
Sewer, and it is ordered that the saine be made and constructed
without unnecessary delay that the said district sewer be connected
with and into the Man Hole in the center of Dunklin Street, said Man
Hole being 40 feet West of the west line of Walsh Street.
SECTION. 2. That said sevver shall begin at the Yan Hole in
the center of Dunklin Street, 40 feet +lest of the West line of Walsh
Street; thence in a Westerly direction £36 feet to a point 5 feel
North of the South line of Dunklin Street and 125 feet 'hest of the
West line of Walsh Street; thence Southerly parallel with Walsh
Street to the center of Walsh Street, where same is running in a
Westerly direction; thence Westerly along the center line of Walsh
Street to the center of intersection of Locust Street; thence
Southerly along the center line of Locust Street, to a point 3 feet
North of the North curb line of Atchison Street; thence Easterly
parallel with Atchison Street , 102 feet.
Also beginning; at a point on the center line of Locust
Street, 3 feet North of the North curb line of Atchison Street;
thence Westerly parallel with Atchison Street, 200 feet.
Also beginning at t!--e center of the intersection of Locust
Street and 'lalsh Street; thence Northerly along the center line of
Locust Street, 200 feet.
SECTION. 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer and constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance.
SECTION. 4.' This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
