AN ORDINANCE OF THE QITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMEND-
ING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3704(1)(c)
RELATING TO COSTUME WEAR IN PUBLIC PARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3704(1)(c) is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"C. Costume. Allow himself to be so covered with
a bathing suit as to indecently expose his
person or call forth merited criticism. All
bathing suits, or costumes, shall conform to
commonly accepted standards."
PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held this 26th day
of December , 1961 , by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Buchan, Fitzjohn, Merritt,
Tyrell, Dickason
NOES:
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
