AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
TO EXECUTE A TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL
PERMIT APPLICATION WITH REGARD TO NJDEP
FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Director of Engineering is hereby authorized to execute the Treatment Works Approval
Permit Application with regard to NJDEP for various projects within the Borough, for
CY 2022/2023, in a form approved by the Borough Attorney and Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 31" day of January, 2022
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 1, 2022.
