AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY IN THE BLOCK BETWEEN YCCARTY-MILLLR-•LAFAYETTE AND CHERRY STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-II, CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. I . That the grade line of the roadway of the alley in the block between McCarty-Miller-Lafayette and Cherry Streets, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, be established as follows; Beginning at the center line of the alley and the East curb line of Lafayette Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 139 .90; thence 20 feet on a uniform grade along the center line of said alley, 4;here the elevation of the grade shall be, 141.00; thence 418 feet on a uniforn grade to the west property line of Cherry Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 177.50; thence 30 feet to the West Curb line of Cherry Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 177.00.
