Ik ALSH STRLET FRO11 DUIaLIN TO LOCUST STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JEFVERSON,
A�ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTICII. I. That the grade line of the roadway of Walsh
Street, from the mouth gutter line of Dunkli.n to the East property
line of Locust Street, in the City of Jefferson, IUssouri , be
established as follows; Beginning at the center of Walsh Street and
the South gutter line of Dunklin Street, where the elevation of the
grade is, 218.60; thence on a uniform grade along the center line
of Walsh Street, 300 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be
243.70; thence 100 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 248.20; thence 100feet on a vertical, where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 245.00; thence 30feet on a uniform
grade, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 243.00; thence
100feet on a vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 240.00; thence 100feet on a vertical curve, where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 245.: 0; thence on a uniform grade to the East
property line of Locust Street, where the elevation of the grade
shall be, 258.20 .
SECTIO11. 2. This Crdinance shall take effect and. be in
force from and after its patisage and approval.

this Ordinance the Street Corinissioner shall erect or place necessary
signs along said above described block to properly inforn drivers of
the provisions of this Ordinance .
SEC`I'ICN. 3 . Any person violating the terms of tYjis
Crdinance shall, upon conviction, be punished 'by a fine of not lees
than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
