The name of each pr'oporty owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of Deleware Street from the intersection of Deleware Street and St. Mary's Boulevard to the intersection of Deleware Street and Park Boulevard and the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting -said block or street between the aforesaid Streets and the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for said improvement against each. lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Deleware Street or the roadway from the center of the intersection of Deleware Street and St. Mary's Boulevard to the center of the intersection of Deleware Street and Park Boulevard. SECTION. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out special tax bills in favor of the contractor Malcolm Ruthven for the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, M ssouri, relative to said kind of work and in accordance with. the Charter of said City in regard to said work. AN ORDINANCE PRCVIDING FOR THE IA1PR0VE aNNT OF TIM ROADWAY OF WALSH STREET IN THE BLOCK FROM THH CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF WALSH ST=1 T AND DUNKLIN STREET TO THE CEIJTER OF TEE INTERSECTION OF WALSH STREET AIM A LINE BETWEEN THE SOUTHEAST CORTTER OF LOT 13 AND THE NORTHEAST COR14ER OF LOT 24 LEUTHEN'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY PAVING '+'WITH CEL +ITT CONCRETE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONp AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Whereas, it was hereto--fore found and declared by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on April 7th . 1930 necessary to pave with cement concrete the roadway of Walsh Street in the block from the center of the intersection of Walsh Street and Dunklin Street to the center of the intersection of Walsh Street and a line between the Southeast corner of lot 13 and the Northeast corner of lot 24 Leuthen' s Subdivision and it appearing to the City Council that said resolution has been duly published. according to the law for more than seven ( 7) consecutive insertions, in the C,anital News a. daily newspaper, printed and published in the City of Jefferson, A.-issouri, and a majority of the residents owners of property along said section of Walsh Street • liable for the costs of said improvement, and who own a majority of the front feet on said Walsh Street intended to be improved, have not filed with the City Clerk a protest against said contemplated improvement. SECTION. 2. That the said roadway of Walsh Street in the block from the center of the intersection of Walsh Street and Dunklin Street to the center of the intersection of Walsh Street and a line between the southeast corner of lot 13 and the Northeast corner of lot 24 Leuthen's Subdivision, in accordance with the
