or owners thereof in which the tax is livied and assessed and the
cost per square foot and the amount assessed each lot or piece of
ground in said Sewer District No. 45 situated in the name of the
owner or owners thereof, the number of square feet owned by each
property holder in the lots or pieces of ground owned by each owner in
said Sewer District No. 45 is as follows .
SECTION. 3 . The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed
at once to make out special tax bill's under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesaid Sewer District No . 45 situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned Sections of this
Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which said
special and certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and
attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to Louis
Brunner the Contractor of the work of construction of the aforesaid
sewers as provided and required by the Charter of the City of
.. Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction
of sewers in said Sewer •District No. 45, hereto fore passed and
approved by -the Council.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDA INEM BY THE COUNCIL 01' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
REVENUE FUND.
For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective and
appointive officers, the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 4801.66
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers, freight
and incidentals under the Street Coma issioner, the -sum of - 500.00
For the purpose of paying the rent of Mayor' s Office,
the sun of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - _ - _ 40 .00
VEHICLE FUND.
For the purpose of paying salary of the Street
Cormissioner, the sum of - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -• - 225.00
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers , freight
and incidentals under the Street Commissioner, the sum of 4A1000 .00
SEVIER BC110 FUND.
For the purpose of paying the salary of Assisstant City
Engineer, the sure of 125 .00
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers , freight
and incidentals under the Street Corinis sioner, the sure of 500 .00
SECTICN. 2 . This Crdinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval,.
