NO 3305. AN ORDINANCE TC APPIIOPRIATE LCIMY 111 SETTLEMENT OF CERTAIN
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CI'T'Y OF JEFI 'RSON.
�'IH1MEAS, Id. C. falser, Mrs . Corinne Finney, Mrs . Ella Willians
and I,;rs. Cora Connors have filed their notices of intention to hold
the City responsible and to claim damages by reason of personal
in4urie sustained by claimants during the I,'ont1i of January; 1930;

Attorney, wac appointed to consider the claims aforesaid; and,

ment witli W. C . in the sun of three hundeed and fifty (:$350.00)
dollars, with firs. Corinne Finney in the sum of two hundred (; 200 .00)
dollars, with I,rs . Ella. 'lVilliarns in the sum of two hundred 0200 .00)
dollars , and with I:;rs. Cora Connors in the suxi of two hundred
($200 .00 ) dollars , each in full settlement of all claims of the above
mentioned parties; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has adopted and approved the recommend-
dra.ticns of said Committee.

BE IT ORDA IiaED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY 01' JEFFERS 011, AS

SECTICN. I . There is hereby appropriated out of the
REVENUE fund, the sum of nine hundred and fifty ($950.00) dollars, to
be used in full settlement of the above named claims .
SECTION. 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to draw
Warrants in favor of W. C . Walser in the sues of 0350.00, Yrs. Corinne
Finney in the sure of , 200.00. Mrs . Ella Williams in the sum of
0200.00 and Mrs. Cora, Connors in the sum of 4200.00, each in full
settlement, and to deliver said Warrants to said parties, or their
Attorneys, upon the filing by said parties, or their Attorneys , of
their release waiving all claims against the City of Jeffereon by
reason of said injuries aforesaid.
