GRADING, CURBING AND GUTTERING AND PAVING WITH ASPHALT ILACADAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL 01' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate
and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or
abutting on the roadway of McCarty Street, from the center of the
intersection of McCarty Street and Hart Street to the center of the
intersection of EcCarty Street, where saine turns west from Havanna
Street in the City of Jefferson, I.;issouri, for the improvement of
the roadway McCarty Street aforesaid, including such grading as may
be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of
$2524.08 as the total costs of the improvement of said Street and
the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said
2.cCarty Street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amounts to
514. 65, running: feet; the cost price per running foot is X3.97 &
80.90 per lin. ft. for curb & gutter to be assessed against the
property in front of which same is laid.
SECTICN-2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway of TccCarty Street, from the center of the intersection
of 1cCarty Street and Hart Street to the center of the intersection
of IticCarty Street, where same turns Wiest from Havanna S*reet there
is hereby levied aid assessed the sum of ;3.97 as a special tax
against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway
of McCarty Street between the aforesaid streets, and contained in
such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved
roadway of said McCarty Street, from the center of the intersection
of LcCarty Street and Hart Street to the center of the intersection
of McCarty Street, where same turns West, from Havanna Street .
SECTIOIT. 3. The name of each property owner or owners and
the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
on each side of 11cCarty Street from the center of the intersection
of MCC,

Brunner for the within mentioned work in accordance with t1le
Crdintances of the City of Jefferson, Lissouri, relative to said
kind of work and in accordance with the Charter of said City in
vegard to said work.
SECTION. .5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its paosage end approval .

the roadway of Berry_Street , from the center of the intersection of
Berry Street and NcC rty Street to the center of the intersection of
Berry Street and I{igh Street in the City of Jefferson, 11issouri, for
the inproverient of the roadway Berry Street aforesaid, including
such grading as may be necessary for tY,e reception of a cement side-
rralk, the sum of $ 3125.01 as- the total costs of the improvement of
said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said
roadway of said Berry Street aforesaid between the aforesaid streets
anounts to 795.0 running, feet; the cost price per running foot is
X2.912 & $ 0.95 per lin. ft . for curb & gutter to be assessed agsinst
the property in front of which same is 1,aid.
SECTICN. 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of

and High Street, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of
2.912 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting
or abutting said roadway of Berry Street between the aforesaid
Streets, and contained in such lot or piece of around fronting or
abutting said iraproved roadway of said. Berry Street, from the center
of the center of the intersection of Berry Street and &'_eC'rty Street
to the center of the intersection of Berry Street and High Street.

the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount
