BECTICN• . I. .There is hereby.•levied and: assessed,. at the . rate
and.-.coat price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this
Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or
abutting on the roadway of Yiller Street , from the intersection of
Hiller Street and. Brooks Street to the center of the intersection of
Xiller Street and Hart Street in the City of Jefferson, Itiissouri ,
for the improvement of the roadway of Hiller Street aforesaid,
including such grading as May be necessary for the reception of a
cement sidewalk, the sum of $ 9795.46 as the total costs of the
improvement of said Street and the number of front feet fronting or
abutting said roadway of said .Miller Street aforesaid, between the
aforesaid streets amount to 1850.2 running feet; the cost price per
running; foot is $ 5.116 & $0.1.8 per lin. ft. for curb to be assessed
against the property in front of which same is laid.
SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway of Iviiller street, from the center of the intersection
of Miller Street and Brooks Street to the center of the intersection
of biller Street and Hart Street there is hereby levied and assessed
the sum of x$''5.1116 as a special tax against each front foot of
ground fronting or abutting said roadway of l.iller Street between
the aforesaid Streets, and contained in such lot or piece of ground
fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said I:1iller Street,
from the center of the intersection of 1 filler Street and Brooks
Street to the center of the intersection of x:iller Street and hart;
Street.
SECTION. 3 . The name of each property owner or owners and
the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
on edch side of hililler Street from the center of the intersection of
.L.Aller Street and Brooks Street to the center of the intersection
of 1-1iller Street and Hart Street and the number of front feet owned
by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land
so owned and abutting said block or street between the aforesaid
streets and the cost ,price per front foot for said improvement and
the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for said
ii7pravernent against each lot or piece of (,,;round fronting or abutting
