AS FOLLOWS:
SEC`T'ION. I . That the Mayor and the l+Cinance Committee be
and are hereby authorized to purchase from J. J. Slate thirty- six
(36) acres to be used for disposal of sewerage and garbage being the
South part of the East IIalf of southeast fractional quarter of Section
20, Township 44, Range 11; also a strip for road purpose, for the
sum of $1200 .00, and to cause a warrant to be drawn on the 116M:ER
FUND" to pay for same.
SECTION. 2 . This Ordinance shall be effective from and after
its passage and approval.

SECTION. I . That the Layor and the Finance Ccmmittee be
and are hereby authorized to purchase from H. H. Rackers a small
tract of about :two ( 2) acres of ground, being part of the Southwest
Quarter of the two
(tivarter of Section 21 Township 44 Range 11
West and lying between the tract bought of J. J. Slate and the Bald
Hill Road and to be used for the disposal, of garbage same as the
other tract, for the sum of Two hundred (;200.00) Dollars and cause
a Warrant to be drawn on the SEWER BC1FD TUNIS to pay for sa.rre .
SECTION. 2. This Ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage and approval.
