SECTION. I . THEre is hereby created the Office of newer
Commissioner of the City of Jefferson , and the City T-`,arshal of said
City is hereby designated Ex-Officio Sewer Uoinnipsioner. All notices
which by Ordinance are required to be served by the Sewer Commissioji-
er, may hereafter be served by the City Itiarshalg as Ex-Officio
Sevier Commissioner) or by any policeman of the City of Jefferson
who may be instructed by the City Marshal to serve such notices .
SECTICIT. 2. This Ordinance shall be in full , force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
SECTION. 3 . A111 Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
viitb this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
