INHEREAS, the City of Jefferson }•ia,s heretofore issued
Current Revenue Bonds under elate of April. I , 1-930, in the principal
sure of Fifty Thousand Dollars (.1"50,000 .00 ) , due and payable on April
I, 1931, said bonds being issued in pursuance of Ordinance 3::c . 3290 ,
an d

"The City of Jefferson City, however, reserves the riC.ht to redeem
this bond at a.ny time upon payment of the j)rincipa.l thereof tocether
with interest to date of rc demption . " , and
