SECTMI. II . After the City Treasurer of said City shall have
paid to the holder or holders of said 6') Funding, Bonds dated
September 1, 19209 the face value of said bonds a.nd the interest due
thereon, and shall have received frori the holders said 6% Funding;
:Bonds dated Septenber9 , 10 1920, said Funding Bonds dated September
1, 19,20, shall forthwith be cancelled, destroyed and. rendered
va.luelesco, a. )d proper evidence of the cn,noella,tion and destruction
of said bonds shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTICII. 12. That this Ordinance s}iall be in force from and
after its na.ssa.ge and approval.

SECTICN. I . Hereafter any viaroner, dr.-ayman, carter, or the
driver of a.ny horse-drawn vehicle, furniture car, or n,n•y horse-
draxwn vehicle used for business .vino c ball stop or place any such
horse-drawn wagon , dray, cart, furniture car, or other vehicle in
or upon nny street or thoroup•hfare or public alley ,-;,i.tbin this City
and allow the swne with the horses 'Hitched to it to remain in said
place for such a length of tir:ie as will cle,ate a nuisance be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than
'15 .00 nor nore than $100 .00.
SECTICIT. 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any driver,
owner, or operator of any horse-drawn vehicle to feed or allow to be
fed any horse or horses , hitched to or used in drawing said vehicle
on any public Street or tho.rour,•iifa,re except alleys . Any person
violating this Ordinance shall be deeried guilty of a misdemeanor
and be punished by a fine of not leas than ;P'15.00 nor more than
X100.00.
SECTION. 3 . Hereafter it sha.11 be unlawful for any •iagoner,
Carter, :Orayman, or the driver of any, horse-drawn vehicle of any
kind., used for business to park upon a public Street or thoroughfare
alleys excepted, for the purpose of soliciting business or exposing
themselves or their vehicles for hire. Any person, firrl, or
corporation violating this Ordinance shall be �Ieemed guilty of a
risdemeanor and be punished by a fine of not less than $15.00 nor
more than 9„"100 .00.
