All [,-,arbare and refuse delivered to said tract shall be deposited on a wooden platform built for that purpose, where the edible (.-;arbage shall be separated from the remainder of the refuse. The edible garbage shall then be cocked and sterilized in an iron vat, the remainder of said garbage to be thoroughly dried. before burning in an incinerator to be erected; said incinerator to be constructed before any garbage shall be taken to said tract.
