SECTMI. I All and refuse collected and. hauled by
persons , firris or corporations enrra7ed in the collection and rnther-
inf.r of garbare-e -hall be hauled in wr•.ter proof odorless tanks and
shall not be deposited in any place other than at the City garbage
and sewerare disposal tract adjacent to the D,-.-ld Hill Road on v...,bat
has heretofore been known as the J. J. Slate property.
SECTION. P . All [,-,arbare and refuse delivered to said tract
shall be deposited on a wooden platform built for that purpose,
where the edible (.-;arbage shall be separated from the remainder of
the refuse.
SECTICIT. 3 . The edible garbage shall then be cocked and
sterilized in an iron vat, the remainder of said garbage to be
thoroughly dried. before burning in an incinerator to be erected;
said incinerator to be constructed before any garbage shall be taken
to said tract.
SECT1011H. 4 . After sterilization the edible r,,arbage shall be
deposited on a snooth concrete platfonn viliere it may be consumed by
hogs; any portion of said edible garbaC consumed by

the hogs shall be immediately removed from said concrete platform
.9.nd said platforri and the dumping platform shall "oe thoroughly
cleaned by scraping with flat sT)ovels and steel brushes , and the
residue of the hog feed, if any, shall be dried and burnt in said
incinerator.
S);,CTTCI.,T. 5 . After drying and burning the inedible portion of
said garbar,e the tincans, F-,-lass , crockery, etc . , shall be deposited
in the deep ravine lying northeast of the incinerator in such a..
nanner that none of said refuse can be seen from the Bald Bill Road
or adjacent residences .

hereinbefore described, except in accordance with the rules and
regulations herein set out, and. any individual brint-.:ing his or her
