of the feed floor; the top surface of the feed floor must be ri'ade
smooth to perr.iit efficient cleaning; all inside corners and edges
of the feed floor and walls must be rounded slightly to permit the
easy removal of f(..,ed. The base of' such feed floor shall not be
less than three and one-half inches in thickness and shall be made
with not less than one part of cement to seven parts of sand and
gravel; the top service shall not be less than one-quarter of an
inch in thickness and shall be made with not less than one part of
cement to one part of sand. The surface . coat shall be trowled
thoroughly to close all pores in the mixture. All feeding floors
must have all refuse garbage removed therefrom at least once daily,
after which they must be thoroughly cleaned.
SECTICN. 1I . Any person , firm co-partnership or corpor-
ation viclating the provisions of this Crdi.nance shall be deemed
guilty of a. misdemea.nor, and uT)on conviction shall be punished by
a. fine of not less than five nor more than one hundred dollars.
