Street from the ',Jest property line of Lavinia Street to the Lust

Yissouri , be and is hereby establ.i elned as follows, Beginning at
the center line of Viola. :street and tyre West property line of
Lavinia Street, wherc the elevation of tl;e grn.d.e shall be, 199.0;
