SECTICIT. 3 . The name of each prc.perty owner or owners a.nd
the description of each lot or Niece of r,:round fronting or abutting
on each side of ialsh Street between Dunklin Street and a point
465 feet South of Dunklin Street and. the number of front feet owned
by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land
so ovmed and abutting; said block or street between the aforesaid
streets and the cost price per front foot for said improvement and
the number hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for sadd
improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
said ':7alsh Street between Dunklin Street and a point 465 feet South
of Dunklin Street.
SECTION. 4 . That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to rrjake
out tax bills in favor of the Contractor Louis Brunner for the
within mentioned vrork in accordance with the Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTICIT. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passesCre and approval .
