SECTION. I . There is hereby granted to the Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company, a Corporation, its successors and assigns , the
privilege, permission and. authority to build, construct, operate
and rlamntain a spur track or switch track over, across and upon a
portion of lain Street, in the City of Jefferson, between :7alnut
Street and Harrison S-treet, said track to cross 1.:ain Street at an
approximate right angle with said Street, in a generally Northerly
and Southerly direction, as set out in blue print filed •with this'
Ordinance and made a part hereof by reference.
SECTION• 2. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
