SECTION. I . That -the g adway of the

Greenberry Road front the intersection of the Green Berry Road and
I'loreau Drive at the point where it turns Southerly between Out-
Lots 97 and 106, in the City of Jefferson, 1,1issouri, be and is
hereby established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the Green Berry -Road and Moreau Drive, where the same turns
Southerly between Outlots 97 and 106 , where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 306-65; thence 300 feet on a -uniform grade where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 3,26-60; thence 200 feet on
a. vertical curve, where t)-)e elevation of the grade shall be,
336 .34; thence 200 feet on a vertical curve, where the elevation
of the grade shall be, 33P .90; thence 980 feet on a uniform grade
to the Southerly line of the City Limits, where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 334.00 .
