ZECTIng. I . That the City Council of the city of Jefferson,
1-lissouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as E ewer District No . 51, and said District to be established with
locaticn and boundaries as follows ; Betrinning at a point on the
Easterly line of 1�,yrtle Street , 210 feet llorth of the North line
of Swift 's Hirhway-. thence Easterly parallel with the North line
of Swift 's Highway, 503 feet; thence North parallel with 1,yrtle
Street, 322 feet, more or less , to the North line of Section 13;
thence East along and with said Section line, 157 feet ; thence
North parallel with I-.yrtle 'Street, 1392.5 feet to the South line
of Washington Park Addition; thence 'Test along and nith the South.
line of '171--shinfton Park Addition, to the Southeast corner of 1.0t
15 Block 23 of said WashinrZton Park,- thence Northeasterly to the
