A SPECIAL ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates and describes certain property located between 2501 and 2515 East Main Street as R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District and R-2 One Family Residence
District; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Residential P.U.D. District to allow the real property to be used for the development of 12 residential units and one medical
office facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of certain property located between 2501 and 2515 East Main Street,
which property is more particularly described below, is hereby changed to a Residential P.U.D. to allow for the development of 12 residential units and 1 medical office facility. The
Concept Plan is hereby approved and the Concept Plan and Draft Development Plan will be attached to this Ordinance as “Exhibit A.”
The subject property is more particularly described as:
Situated in Section 34, Township 14 North, Range 1 West in the City of Richmond, Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
