MINUTES

Minutes: Motion carried to approve minutes from Feb. 17 meeting.
New Business: Discussion on marketing to fill vacant tee times.
Golf 101 proposal was discussed; recommendation was to not
proceed with the proposal.
Dan Pillard presented a draft of the 1998-99 budget. Budget was
reviewed with no recommendations due to insufficient data and
inaccurate fiscal 1997-98 year to date figures.
Dan Pillard will refine the current budget, cut costs and review budget
with the city as well as finding accurate year to date numbers.
Old Business:
Review of draft of the long-range plan and project priority list was
organized, discussion to elect new GCAC Chairman.
Clubhouse, Inc. Contract was reviewed. Contract was reviewed by
the city attorney, with the appropriate changes made. Committee
recommends that the contract be reviewed by the City Council on
March 25t for approval.
Staff Report: No staff reports reported other than routine maintenance.
