NC. 3382. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE LONEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
AS FOLLOVIS:
There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Fund the
sum of 379.30 dollars, which shall be placed to the credit of the
Cemetery Fund,

NO. 3383. AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO JANITORS AT TI-E CITY HALL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEF.cFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. It is hereby made the duty of the Board of
Trustees of Bragg Hall to select two (2) persons to act as Janitors
of said hall; said janitors shall. receive such compensation as ip
now, or may hereafter be provided by Ordinance, and shall serve
until their successors are appointed by a majority vote of said
Board of Trustees.
SECTION. 2. This 8rdinance shall be in full .force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.

NO. 3384. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF
THE ALLEY IN THE BLOCK BETWEEN HIGH,IUIN,HA.RT, AND HAMLINE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01' THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. 1. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley
in the block between High, Main, Hart, and Hamline Streets in the
City of Jefferson, Xissouri, be arid is hereby established as
follows: Beginning at the intersedtion of the center line of the
alley in the block between High, Main, Hart and Hamline Streets
and the East gutter line on Hart Street, where the elevation of
,. the grade is, 187.60; thence on a uniform grade along the center
line of said alley to the property line on Hamline Street, where
the elevation of the grade shall be 193.00: thence on a uniform
grade to the West curb line of Hamline Street, where the elevation
of the grade is, 192.37.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances ox parts of Ordinances contrary
to in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
