Mayor. NO . 3385. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEVrER DISTRICT NC . 529 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES Tla,;RBOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF JEFF}•ARSON IIISSCUR19 AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson aissouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes and. for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No. 62, and said District to be established with location and boundaries as followss Beginning at the Southwest corner of Michigan and St . Mary's Boulevard; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of St . Mary's Boulevard to the Southeast corner of Kansas Street and St. Mary's Boulevard; thence South -?.long the east line of Kansas Street to the Northeast corner of Kansas Street and Dunklin Street; thence east along the North line of Dunklin Street to the Northwest corner of 11icb1gan Street and Dunklin Street; thence North along the West line of Michigan Street to the paint of beginning. SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or partu of Ordinances in conflict with this .Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION. 3. President of the Council. Mayor. NO. 3385. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 5-5.19 IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. I . That the City Council of the city of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary purposes that there must be constructed as soon as possible, in Sewer District No. 52, as established by Ordinance, 4 sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay, that the said district sewer be connected with and into the Man Hole at Station 38 plus 39 on the Southwest Main Sewer. SECTION. 2. That said sewer shall begin at the center of the let alley of Dunklin Street, 240 feet West of the 'lest line of Georgia, Street; thence east Along the center line of said alley, 429 feet to the intersection of the center line of a North and South alley; thence North along the center line of said alley, 508 feet to the intersection of the center line of an East and West alley; thence east along the center lime of said alley, 93 feet. Also beginning at the intersection of the center line of the Iot. alley south of St. Mary's Blvd. and the North and a oath alley between Michigan and Georgia Street; thence West along the center
