BOARD ABSENT: G.PECK. OTHERS PRESENT: B.MURPHY, ADMINISTRATOR; M.GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK; M.GARRIGAN, PLANNING SUPERVISOR; D.MARQUEZ, BUILDING SUPERVISOR; T.PLECKHAM, MANAGEMENT SERVICES DIRECTOR; AND J.KONOPEK, CHIEF OF POLICE. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL /PLEDGE Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken, Trustee Peck was absent, all other Trustees were present. Mayor Collins led the pledge to the flag. There were approximately 8 persons in the audience. BUSINESS MEETIN G 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA Trustee Fay moved to amend the Agenda to remove Item #3 at the request of the applicant. Second by Trustee Racich . Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. Trustee Fay moved to approve the amended agenda. Second by Trustee Racich . Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. 2) 24018 W. LOCKP ORT STREET Trustee Fay moved to authorize the Village President to execute a Real Estate contract for the sale of Village -owned property located at 24018 W. Lockport Street. Second by Trustee Bonuchi . Vote by roll call. Racich , yes; Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. 3) 24215 W. LOCKPORT STREET REMOVED 4) CAPRI ON SUPERIOR, INC. DBA CAPRI SOGNO Trustee Bonuchi moved to adopt Ordinance No. 3121 , amending the number of liquor licenses as identified in the staff report. Second by Trustee Rippy . Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. 5) ILLIANA EXPRESSWAY Trustee Fay moved to adopt Resolution No. 1677 , supporting CMAP amending the regions fiscally constrained long -range transportation plan, the GOTO 2040 Plan to include the Illiana Corridor. Second by Trustee Lamb . Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Rippy, yes; Bonu chi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, yes; Peck, absent . 5 yes, 0 no , 1 absent . Motion carried. Trustee Fay moved to adjourn.
