NO. 3390. AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON MONROE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. 1. It is hereby declared unlawful for any
person to park or leave: any automoblie on the East side of
Monroe Street between Hickory and Woodlawn or on the West side
of Monroe Street between Woodlawn and Russell Avenue.
SECTION. 2• Any person violating the terms of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than three
