BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONt AS FOLLOWSs SECTION. 1. All Vehicles, including motor vehicles, parked on High street between Washington Street and Lafayette Street, on Madison Street between High Street and.. . Avenue, on Capitol Avenue between Madison Street and Cherr Street, shall be parked parallel with the curb line, and the two right wheels of said vehicle shall be parked as closely to the curb line as is practicable with b6th ri ht wheels an equal distanoe, and in no event further than twelve �12) inches, from the curb line, and not nearer to any vehicles parked along said curb line than two (2) feet to the front and rear of said vehicle, and with the front of the vehicle pointed in the direction of the movement of traffic, and on the right hand side of the street. And it is furMier declared unlaw- ful for *a.ny person to park any vehicle on the North side of Capitol Avenue between Yadison Street and the Entrance to Governor's Mansion. Vehicles parked on the Oouth side of Capitol Avenue between Jefferson Street and Madison Street shall be parked with the right rear wheel against the curb at an angle of not more than thirty degrees . SECTION. 2. Any person parking a vehicle in violation of the terms of this Ordinance shall ypon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the jail of not to exceed thirty days, or by both such fine and t` . imprisonment. AN C:RDINANCE LIMITING PARKING OF I7OTOR VEHICLES TO A PERIOD OF T1110 HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS, AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFEIt50N, AS FOLLOVIS a SECTION. I . That paragraph ( 'e) of Section 878, as amended of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson of 1925, be and the same is hereby repealed and a new Ordinance enacted in lieu thereof to be known as paragraph ( e) of Section 878, and to read as followss (e) No vehicle shall be left parked or at rest, on High street between Washington and Adams Streets, or on Madison Street between High Street and Capitol Avenue, for a longer period than two hours between the hours of seven o'clock A.
