Riley, being lots 6 and 7 block I E. Fairmount Place, be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a, copy of this Crdinance on the owner of the property hereinabove described. SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance the City �'lerk shall place in the, hands of the 'ity Marshal a certified copy of this rdinance, and said pity Yarshal shall serve or cause to be served a^copy. of' this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof. to said owner or owners or by leaving it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, Making his return on another copy of said ordinance which copy shall be filed in the office of the City .Clerk. SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jeffer-.on, under the power and authority given it by its charter and Ordinances, will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalks, which said special tax bill will be a lien against the property, above described.
