SECTICN. 3 . In the event the owner or owners above na.ried
fail to construct sa.i.d sidewalk ae above directed, than the City of
Jefferson, under the power and authority given it by its charter and
Ordinances, will construct said si.desia.lk and will issue a special
tax bill against said property for the cost of the construction of
said sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be &iilien against the
property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Crdina,nce shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
