SECTIO9.I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete riaterial, four
feet in width, three feet back fron, face of curb, on the bouth side
of Miller Street, between Locust and Clarke Avenue and abutting 52.5
feet on Miller Street owned by John Boillot, being lote 14 and 15
of Fairview Addition. , be constructed and built within thirty days
from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the
property hereinabove described.
SECTI014.2. Nithin two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Larshall a certified
copy of this Crdinance, and the City 11n,rshal shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or
by leaving; it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years
making; his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
BECTICT. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named
fail to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of
Jefferson, under the power and. authority given it by its charter and
Crdinances will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax
bill against said property for the cost of the construction of said
sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be a lien against the
property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from- and after its passage and approval .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUTCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
11ISSCURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it necessary for
sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants
of tree City to establish a Sewer .'District to be known as Sewer District
;To. 53, and said district to be established with location and boun-
daries as follows; Beginning at the bouthwest corner of Inlot 693;
thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Inlots 693 and 689, for
a distant 318.12 feet; thence easterly parallel with miller Street
to the East rly line of Inlot 690; thence 0outherly along; the Easterly
line of Inlots 690 and 694 to the Southeasterly corner of Inlot 694 ;
thence Westerly to the point of beginning.
SECTION. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in Conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval .
